Available Roles in Rapid Fleet
Rapid Fleet offers several present roles to choose from:
- Crew Member
- Driver
- Inventory Manager
- Mechanic
- Office Manager
- Owner
- Shop Manager
Please note that these role names are not editable, and custom roles cannot be added.
Adding a New Employee
1. Navigate to People → Add Person.
2. Complete all required fields, including phone number and location.
3. Select one of the available roles from the list.

Editing an Existing Employee
1. Go to People and click on the name of the employee to be edited. Access permissions must allow for this action.
2. The employee's profile page displays existing details on the left and assigned or reported work orders on the right, along with a Password Reset button.
3. Click Edit in the top-right corner to access the same form used when adding a new employee. All details can be modified from this screen.
