The Office Manager role is designed for administrative staff who need broad access but with some limitations.

Limitations:
- Cannot be combined with Owner, Office Manager, Mechanic, or Shop Manager roles
- Can only see and manage work orders specifically assigned to them
- Limited access to system features
6. Inventory Manager
The Inventory Manager role is designed for those responsible for parts and inventory management.
Capabilities:
- Inventory Management
- Track inventory levels
- Manage parts stock
- Set reorder points
- Receive inventory alerts
- Update inventory counts
- Asset Management
- Track asset status
- Monitor asset usage
- Manage asset checking/checkout assignments
Special Features:
- Receives automatic alerts when inventory is low
- Can generate inventory reports
7. Driver
The Driver role is designed for vehicle operators with limited system access.

8. Crew Member
The Crew Member role is designed for general staff with basic system access.
