Purpose
The Fuel Logs module is designed to help users accurately track fuel purchases, monitor fuel-related expenses and taxes, and generate IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) reports. This ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and provides transparency in fuel usage across equipment and jurisdictions.

The main screen provides a detailed view of fuel log entries, including:
- Equipment
- Date
- Mileage
- Jurisdiction
- Quantity
- Total Price
- Tax
- Fuel Type

Vendors
Getting Started: Adding a Fuel Log
1. Add Fuel Vendors
Before creating a fuel log, vendors must be added:
- Go to My Settings (bottom-left corner).
- Select Fuel Vendors.
- Add Vendor details and save.
Once vendors are added, return to the Fuel Logs module.
2. Create a Fuel Log Entry
- Click Add Fuel Log.
- Enter all required details: equipment, date, mileage, vendor, jurisdiction, job, fuel type, fuel use, quantity and price.
- Optionally, upload photos related to the transaction.
- Click Save.
3. Filter and Sort Logs
- Filter logs by Date, Specific Asset, or Equipment Type.
- Sort entries by Date, Vendor, or Asset using the last dropdown menu.
4. Export and Reporting
- Export logs to PDF or CSV.
- Generate IFTA Quarterly Reports directly from the module.
