This glossary explains the column headings you may see on reports run from Reports → Report Central → Category: Sales in Rapid ERP. Column headings describe what each number on the printed report means.
Note: A given report shows only the columns relevant to that layout. Not every report includes every heading below.

Report column headings (A–Z)
- # of Jobs — Number of jobs in the row or group for the selected period and filters.
- # of Units — Count of equipment units.
- % of Area/Loads — Share of total finishing area or loads attributed to the row.
- % of Hours — Share of total hours attributed to the row.
- % of Rev — Share of total report revenue represented by the row.
- % Util — Equipment utilization percentage (hours or capacity used vs. available).
- Active — Whether the contact or record is currently active.
- Added — Date the contact or record was added.
- Added By — User who created the contact or record.
- Address — Street address for customer or jobsite.
- Amount — Dollar amount in context (often job-activity related).
- Area — Finishing square area for the job or group.
- Area/Job — Average finishing area per job.
- Avg Price — Average unit price for a line item across quantity sold.
- Billed Hours — Hours billed to the customer on jobs or invoices.
- Billed Hrs — Abbreviated billed hours.
- Caller — Person who called in or ordered the job.
- CID — Customer ID on contact reports.
- City — City for customer, jobsite, or job.
- City Name — Jobsite city used to group locality summaries.
- Comment — Free-text comment on a contact record.
- Contact — Contact person name.
- Contact Name — Name on the customer contact record.
- Created — Date the customer or record was created.
- Created On — Date a pricing assignment was created.
- Credit Rev — Revenue reversed by credits.
- Crew — Crew assigned to the job.
- Crew Rev — Revenue from crew charges.
- Custom ID — User-defined equipment identifier.
- Customer — Customer account name.
- Customer ID — Internal customer identifier.
- Customer Name — Customer name on growth or pricing layouts.
- Customer Type Name — Customer classification used for grouping.
- Date — Transaction or activity date.
- Date Range — Time bucket label when grouped by interval (week, month, year).
- Discount — Invoice or line discount dollars.
- Dispatch Location Name — Yard or dispatch location name on location detailed reports.
- DT Hours — Double-time hours.
- Eq Hourly — Equipment hourly revenue component.
- Eq Size — Equipment size (meter size) sent on the job.
- Eq Size Req — Equipment size requested on the job.
- Eq Size/Type — Combined equipment size and type grouping.
- Equipment Type — Category of equipment.
- Fax — Customer fax number.
- First Job Date — Date of the customer’s or jobsite’s first job.
- Fuel — Fuel surcharge dollars.
- Hourly Rate — Rate charged per hour.
- Hourly Rev — Revenue from hourly equipment or labor charges.
- Hours — Total hours (billed, on-job, or equipment hours depending on the report).
- Hours/Job — Average hours per job.
- Hrly Rate — Abbreviated hourly rate.
- Inv Amount — Invoice line or total amount.
- Inv Date — Date the invoice was issued.
- Inv Num — Invoice number.
- Invoice # — Invoice number.
- Invoice Amt — Total invoice amount.
- Invoice Date — Invoice date on detailed layouts.
- Invoice Number — Invoice number (full label).
- Invoiced — Whether the job or activity has been invoiced.
- Invoiced Amount — Dollars invoiced for the job or activity row.
- Item Total — Total for a specific invoice line.
- JID — Jobsite ID on contact reports.
- Job # — Job number.
- Job Area — Finishing area for a specific job.
- Job Date — Date the job was performed or scheduled.
- Job Hrs — Abbreviated job hours.
- Job Hours — Hours recorded on the job.
- Job ID — Internal job identifier.
- Job Name — Descriptive job name or title.
- Job Num — Abbreviated job number.
- Job Number — Job number (full label).
- Job Site — Same as Jobsite (alternate label on some reports).
- Job Site ID — Same as Jobsite ID.
- Job Site Type — Dynamic column when sales region report subgroups by jobsite type.
- Job Site Type Name — Jobsite type classification name.
- Job Type — Operational job type (pour type, service type, and so on).
- Job Type Name — Name of the job type grouping.
- Job Volume — Pour volume for the job or group.
- Job/Inv Date — Job date or invoice date on jobless line-item detail.
- JobDate — Same as Job Date (compact label on some reports).
- Jobs — Job count (used on some pricing summaries).
- Jobsite — Job site name or location where work was performed.
- Jobsite ID — Internal jobsite identifier.
- Jobsite Name — Name of a jobsite (for example, on new-account reports).
- Jobsite Num — Jobsite number or code.
- JS Type — Abbreviated job site type.
- Last Job Date — Most recent job date.
- Latest — Most recent activity date.
- Line Item — Billable product or service line on an invoice.
- Line Item Description — Text description of the billable line.
- Line Item Rev — Revenue from line-item charges.
- Line Item Total — Total revenue for a line item across jobs or invoices.
- Location — Physical location on pricing or new-jobsite reports.
- Oiler — Oiler or assistant crew member.
- Oiler DT — Oiler double-time hours.
- Oiler OT — Oiler overtime hours.
- Oiler RT — Oiler regular-time hours.
- Oldest — Earliest activity date.
- Open Balance — Unpaid customer balance (accounts receivable).
- OP DT Hrly — Operator double-time hourly rate charged.
- OP OT Hrly — Operator overtime hourly rate charged.
- OP Rg Hrly — Operator regular-time hourly rate charged.
- OP TT Hrly — Operator travel-time hourly rate charged.
- Operator — Pump operator or crew operator.
- Operator RT — Operator regular-time hours.
- Operator(s) — One or more operators.
- OT Hours — Overtime hours.
- Paid to Date — Payments received against invoiced work in the period.
- Phone — Customer phone number.
- PO Num — Customer purchase order number on the job or invoice.
- Postal Code — ZIP or postal code (alternate label).
- Pour Amt — Pour volume amount on a job activity row.
- Pour Rate — Rate charged per yard or pour unit.
- Pour Rev — Revenue from volume/pour (per-yard) charges.
- Pour Volume — Total pour volume.
- Price — Unit or line price on detailed line-item reports.
- Pricing — Pricing scheme or price list name.
- Qty. — Abbreviated quantity.
- Quantity — Number of units billed.
- Rank — Revenue ranking of the customer or row within the report.
- Rate — Charge rate (hourly, volume, or other).
- Receivable Balance — Outstanding amount the customer still owes.
- Reg Hours — Regular-time hours.
- Request — Equipment size or type requested on the job.
- Rev % — Revenue as a percent of a parent total.
- Rev/Area — Revenue per finishing area unit.
- Rev/Hour — Revenue per billed or job hour.
- Rev/Job — Average revenue per job.
- Rev/Job Hours — Revenue per job hour worked.
- Rev/Total Hours — Revenue per total hours including travel.
- Rev/Volume — Revenue per volume unit.
- Rev/Yard — Revenue per cubic yard poured.
- Revenue — Total billed sales dollars for the row or group in the selected period.
- Sales Agent — Employee assigned as the customer’s sales representative.
- Sales Region Name — Sales territory or region name.
- Setup — Setup charge amount.
- Setup Rate — Rate applied for setup.
- Setup Rate % — Setup charge expressed as a percentage of related revenue.
- Size Req — Equipment size requested on the job.
- Square Area — Total finishing square footage or area.
- State — State or province.
- Subtotal — Intermediate total before tax or surcharges on detailed layouts.
- Surcharge — Additional surcharge dollars (fuel, environmental, or other).
- Tax — Sales tax amount included in totals.
- Term — Payment terms (Net 30, COD, and so on).
- Total — Row or section total amount.
- Total Hours — Sum of job and travel hours.
- Total Hrs/Job — Total hours divided by job count.
- Total Rev — Combined revenue total, often shown on summary breakdown reports.
- Travel Hours — Travel time hours.
- Travel Hrs/Job — Travel hours per job.
- Travel Rev — Revenue from travel-time charges.
- Trvl Hrs — Travel hours billed.
- Trvl Rate — Travel hourly rate charged.
- Type — Contact type, customer type, or equipment type depending on report.
- Type/Size — Combined equipment or line item type and size.
- Unit ID — Fleet unit identifier (truck or pump code).
- Unit Price — Price per billing unit for a line item.
- Unit Sent — Equipment unit actually dispatched.
- UnitID — Same as Unit ID.
- Updated — Date the record was last updated.
- Updated By — User who last modified the record.
- Util — Utilization metric on revenue-source style reports.
- Vendor Name — Ready-mix vendor name.
- Vol — Abbreviated volume column.
- Vol Rate — Volume rate charged per unit.
- Vol/Job — Average pour volume per job.
- Volume — Total pour volume (typically in yards).
- W/ Setup — Metric including setup charges.
- Yard — Company yard, branch, or dispatch location.
- Year — Calendar or fiscal year (growth trends).
- Zip — ZIP or postal code.
