Overview
Users can print detailed invoice reports for a selected customer or jobsite for a specific time range.
Benefits
The report can then be printed, emailed to customers or used for internal analysis.
Specifics
To access the report:
- Select the Sales top menu item, then Customers.
- Once in the Customers Screen, the user can either highlight the Customer name from the Customer List or expand the jobsite list for the customer by hitting the plus button in front of the Customer name and select a specific jobsite.
- Next, in the right-hand panel, the user needs to select the Invoices tab, then right-click and pick Reports > Invoice Detailed.
- It is also possible to filter the list in place by entering a criteria (for example, Process Date, Processed BY, etc), and then print the filtered data only by selecting the Invoice Detailed: Filtered option.
