The mobile scheduling feature of the mobile application Rapid On The GO! allows users with the correct permissions to add new customers.
Setting your user permissions:
The user should be allowed log in to Rapid On The GO! and have the following permissions granted:
- Jobs>Write
- Sales - Customers > Write
How to add new customers in ROTG:
To add a customer, first create or edit a job, then go to the customer field.
From here, you will see an orange plus sign, which will open our New Customer dialogue screen.
