The ability to cancel a scheduled job from the Scheduling tab in our Rapid On The GO! mobile app requires users to have both Jobs > Delete, and ROTG - Jobs > Delete permissions in their User Profile (accessible through Company>Users).
Three scenarios:
- User should not be able to cancel scheduled jobs at all - make sure both permissions Jobs > Delete, and Rapid On The GO! - Jobs > Delete are disabled.
- User should be able to cancel scheduled jobs both in Rapid ERP and Rapid On The GO! - make sure they have both Jobs > Delete, and Rapid On The GO! - Jobs > Delete permissions enabled in their profile.
- User should be able to cancel scheduled jobs in Rapid ERP but not in Rapid On The GO! - make sure they have the Jobs>Delete permission enabled and Rapid On The GO! - Jobs permission disabled.
- User should not be able to cancel scheduled jobs at all - make sure both permissions Jobs > Delete, and Rapid On The GO! - Jobs > Delete are disabled.
Make sure you save any changes you make to permissions.
