How to Install and Log In to Rapid On The GO!

Rapid On The GO! is the mobile app from RapidWorks, available on both Android and iOS devices. Follow the steps below to install the app and log in for the first time.

1. Installing Rapid On The GO!

📱 For Android Users (Google Play Store)

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap the search bar.
3. Type “Rapid On The GO!”.
4. Select the official app from the results.
5. Tap Install.
6. Once complete, tap Open.

📱 For iOS Users (Apple App Store)

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap Search.
3. Enter “Rapid On The GO!”.
4. Select the official app.
5. Tap Get and authenticate if prompted (Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password).
6. Once downloaded, tap Open.

2. Logging Into Rapid On The GO!

When you open the app for the first time, the login screen will appear.

🔐 Step‑by‑Step Login Instructions

1. Reach out to your company management and obtain your username, password and Client ID.
2. Enter your Username (toggle the Remember Me field so that it gets stored on the device).
3. Enter your Password.
4. Enter the Client ID - this will also get stored on the device.
5. Tap Log In.
6. You’ll be redirected to your Home screen once logged in.
