Deleting Invoices in Rapid ERP

In Rapid ERP, deleting invoices is subject to certain restrictions. Below is an overview of what can and cannot be deleted, along with recommended workarounds.

Invoices That Cannot Be Deleted

• Job-related Invoices cannot be deleted under any circumstances. They can be unprocessed, zeroed out and their invoice number can be removed, and this will prevent them from being shown in statements.

Invoices That Can Be Deleted

• Jobless Invoices
• Merged Invoices
  Note: Deleting a merged invoice will only remove the Parent Invoice and restore the original Child Invoices to a Paid in Full Job Status.

If a posting minimum date has been set, it will prevent invoices dated prior to it from being edited.
