Specifics
How to add a Contact or contact information detail
- Navigate to Sales-Customer
- Highlight the customer by Left clicking on their name one time in the customer list or use the filter function to select the customer you wish to work with.
- On the lower right hand side of the screen you will see "All Contacts" and the customers’ phone numbers and any contacts that are already in the system.
To add a new contact person:
- Left click anywhere in the "contact" area
- Choose Add New Contact Person
- Enter in the contact’s information and select Save.
- Left click the contact's name from the list to highlight it.
- Right click to choose Add New Contact Entry.
- Add the contact's phone number or email address.
Note
When adding an email address, use the check boxes to determine which emails they will receive.
