Printing the schedule is quite simple, although there are several different variations of the schedule that you are able to generate.
- Current Schedule Detailed report- this report will give you the current date’s schedule that includes a bit more detailed information than other scheduled reports.
- Current Schedule Detailed: Filtered report - the filtered option generates a report based on what filter parameters you have entered. For instance, if you type in a customer name in the filter row, then run this report, it will accurately provide a report based on your filter criteria.
- Multiple Day Schedule Detailed report - this report gives you the same information, but includes the number of days specified (Current week, last week, current month, etc.).
- Multiple Day Schedule Detailed: Filtered report - the filtered option generates a report based on what filter parameters you have entered. For instance, if you type in a customer name in the filter row, then run this report, it will accurately provide a report based on your filter criteria.
You may also run all of these reports explained above in a condensed version. The condensed reports give you less information in a more basic format.
Print Job Tickets
Printing job tickets from dispatch can be done from two different locations in the program. You may also print job tickets in singles, or multiples.
- Right-click on the job, then select Print -Job Ticket.
- Open a job and then select the Print Job Ticket button on the tool bar.
For printing multiple job tickets, you may select the check boxes for all job tickets you wish to print, then proceed to right click and Print -Job Ticket.
