Overview
When viewing jobs in Jobs > Summary View, you may notice that some jobs appear in bold text. This article explains what that formatting means and how it can help you manage your schedule.
What Does Bold Text Mean in Summary View?
In Summary View, bold text indicates a multi-day job — a job that spans more than one day.
This is a visual indicator designed to help you quickly identify jobs that will carry over across multiple days without needing to open each job individually.
A job is marked as a multi-day job in the Job Information window.
Note: Bold text has a different meaning depending on where you see it in Rapid ERP. On the Dispatch screen, bold text indicates a COD (Cash on Delivery) job. These are two separate visual indicators used in different parts of the application.
