Verifying the jobsite location ensures that field personnel are routed accurately to the correct work site, helping to prevent delays and ensure operations proceed efficiently.
Establishing Jobsite Verification Options
From Company > My Company navigate to On The Go! Settings then other settings. From here you can set which methods to allow for Jobsite Verification. Currently the email option is not offered. Select all options that you wish to utilize.
Verifying via Rapid Works ERP
Open the job record for which you need to verify the address and navigate to the Jobsite Map tab. Adjust the map pin to the correct work location, then select the drop-down menu next to Not Verified and choose Set to Verified.
Verifying via SMS link
If you have customer texting enabled you will be able to send a link via SMS to your customer to verify the job location.
Open the job record for which you need to verify the address and navigate to the Jobsite Map tab. Select the drop-down menu next to Not Verified and choose Request Verification through SMS.
The text message form will open up, select Add Recipient, then double click the number of the person you wish to send the verification text to. Instructions for the recipient are pre-populated into the message. Once the recipient is added select Send.
Verifying via Rapid on the Go!
Select the job for which you want to verify the map location, and open it to the Job Info screen. You will see a question mark next to the pin for unverified jobsites. From the location where you want to set the pin, click on the pin and follow the prompts to verify the jobsite location.
How to quickly identify whether a jobsite has been verified
You will see the word Verified in green on the jobsite information screen.
From the Job Information tab you will see a green checkmark in front of the address of the jobsite.
From the dispatch grid you can add the Verified Jobsite column and a green checkmark will appear on all verified jobsites.
Verifying from Rapid Service Request
You can verify the jobsite directly from your service request by clicking the question mark next to the address.
You can also verify and unverify the location from My Sites. Click on the site you wish to verify and click Verify from the top section. The address can also be unverified and a new verification done from here.
