Acknowledging the Job Ticket on ROTG

Overview

Beginning with the 4.9.0 update of Rapid On the Go! (ROTG), field crew members are now required to acknowledge their job tickets before they are able to make any edits to them.

Benefits

With the latest changes to Rapid On the Go! (ROTG), field crew members must now acknowledge their job tickets before making any edits.  This enhancement benefits office staff by providing confirmation—through Rapid Works—that the operator has viewed and acknowledged their upcoming job(s).

How To Acknowledge The Job Ticket

When signed in to Rapid on the Go! (ROTG).   When you are either on the Job Info Screen or the Job Ticket screen you will see a pop up asking you to click "OK" to Acknowledge Job Information.   Once the job has been acknowledged, all fields on the ticket will be able to be edited and submitted to the office.
