Rapid Fleet and Rapid ERP share Equipment information as follows.

Equipment: List

This integration aims to keep current the equipment list across the two systems:

• The Equipment List between Rapid Fleet and Rapid ERP flows in both directions, meaning changes to an Equipment object will automatically be reflected in each system.

Equipment: Out of Service

Rapid ERP will automatically reflect when equipment is taken out of service within Rapid Fleet. 

The equipment status within Rapid ERP will automatically be updated to show "Out of Service."

GPS Integrations

This integration keeps the meter or mileage data accurate throughout multiple use cases.

GPS Vendor: Samsara

Samsara currently shares data with Rapid Fleet for the following use cases.

Data shared continuously

Every 15 minutes, readings for any mapped equipment will be pulled from Samara.
Rapid Fleet equipment meter and odometer data will be automatically updated.
The meter and odometer data will automatically fill the progress bar for equipment service plans. Once service thresholds are hit, this data will trigger service reminders on the Workorder Dashboard.

Equipment Check-in

When a mechanic checks in a vehicle to complete a work order, the meter and odometer data will be automatically pulled into the check-in form.
