Adding Equipment / Pumps

From Assets / Fleet

Right click anywhere within the left hand gride and select “Add New Equipment”

Tab through the fields entering all information. **

The minimum required information is ID, Manufacturer, Type, Size, Home yard and Current Yard.

Select Save.

**For Unit ID we suggest using the size pump, followed by the unit ID and even a letter representing the yard it works out of. For instance, if Unit # 681 was a 47M and out of the Denver yard we suggest entering the Unit ID as 47-681-DEN.
