Overview
The Time Sheet section in the Rapid On The Go! (ROTG) app allows employees to manually enter their working hours and is to be used only when they differ from the times recorded on the job ticket (in other words, when they have not worked a job from start to completion). Payroll is processed based on the times submitted through this section.
How to Access the Time Sheet Tab
The Time Sheet tab is in the Pending jobs in the Job screen. If it is not visible, reach out to a manager to have it enabled in the Rapid ERP system.
How to Enter Time

Open the ROTG app and go to Jobs -> Pending Jobs.

Tap the Time Sheet tab.

Tap on a field (e.g., Left Yard) to enter a time.
4. Use the date and time carousel to select the appropriate time. Make sure the correct date is selected.
5. Tap Done to confirm.
6. Repeat this process for each relevant field.
Note: Mandatory fields are marked by a dark grey line at the far right of the field. These required fields are defined by the manager in the Rapid ERP system.
Submitting Your Time Sheet
Once all mandatory fields are completed, a green Transmit Time Sheet button will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Transmit Time Sheet to submit your entry.

Your times will be sent directly to Rapid ERP for payroll processing.
Important Notes

If the operator who is completing the job ticket has worked the job from start to finish, there is no need to enter hours manually in the Time Sheet section . The times from the job ticket will be transferred automatically to the job sheet.

If times are entered manually in the Time Sheet, and then later the Job Ticket is completed with different times, the Time Sheet will not change the originally entered times.
