This guide outlines how to set up employees on the Rapid Clocking app, used for employees to clock in and out. This process would occur once you have downloaded the Rapid Clocking app onto a tablet or iPad, received a Rapid Clocking activation code from your RapidWorks contact, and entered the activation code.

Step 4: Choose to send the verification code by SMS (text message) or by email.
*Note: It is important that the employee have an email or phone number listed in their employee profile in the RapidWorks ERP.
If you elect to send the verification code by SMS, confirm that you have texting enabled in your RapidWorks system. |

Step 5: Once the employee receives the verification code, they will enter it in the screen to the right and set their own PIN.
This PIN should be unique to the individual and they should keep it private. This will be used each time they clock in/out. |
When the employee goes to clock in/out, they will be prompted to enter their PIN. The app will then take a photo of the employee and they can select Clock In. They can add in any clocking comments if needed, then Submit. The same process is repeated when clocking out.
