Fuel Usage Report

What is it? Instant reports on every truck’s fuel usage by job, customer, or date.

What does it allow you to do?

• Bill your customers for fuel consumption by job or date range.

• Simplify government reporting and compliance with an up-to-date log of fuel consumption and invoicing.

How does it work? RapidWorks connects to GEOTAB and Samsara to calculate the amount of fuel used by each truck during every job.

RapidERP automatically calculates the fuel usage for each job as soon as the ticket start and end times are confirmed or changed, and the invoice has been accepted.

Users can also view a summary of fuel usage by customer or date with the new Fuel Usage Report in Report Central.

Why is it a big deal? Without this report, users would have to manually keep track of fuel usage based either on written or verbal updates from their operators or by constantly checking their telematics system. Manually keeping track of fuel consumption like this tends to be inaccurate and time-consuming (when it’s done at all) and doesn’t allow for easy filtering by customer, job, or date.
