How does it work?
RapidWorks integrates with Geotab and Samsara to calculate the amount of fuel used by each truck during every job.
Rapid ERP automatically calculates fuel usage for each job as soon as the ticket start and end times are confirmed or updated and the invoice has been accepted.
A summarized view of fuel usage by customer or date is also available through the Fuel Usage Report in Report Central.

Why is it a big deal?
Without this report, fuel usage must be tracked manually using written notes, verbal updates from operators, or frequent checks of a telematics system. This manual approach is often time‑consuming, prone to inaccuracies, and difficult to maintain consistently. It also limits the ability to easily filter fuel consumption by customer, job, or date.
