Overview
Terms and Conditions can be configured directly within the system to reflect the specific requirements of each document type. Different disclaimers can be set up for invoices, job tickets, quotes, and more — giving full control over the language that appears on each. For job tickets specifically, separate Pre-Job and Post-Job disclaimers can be configured, or the same disclaimer can be applied to both.
Benefits
Tailored legal and operational language: Different document types can carry distinct terms, ensuring the right conditions appear in the right context.
Flexibility for job tickets: Pre-Job and Post-Job disclaimers allow for different messaging at each stage of the job — for example, safety instructions before the job and liability notes after.
Centralized management: All disclaimers are managed from a single location, making updates straightforward and consistent.
Default settings for efficiency: Once a disclaimer is created, it can be set as the default, so it populates automatically without manual selection each time.

Configuring Job Ticket Disclaimers
Job tickets support two disclaimer positions:
- Pre-Job Ticket Disclaimer — displayed before the job begins.
- Post-Job Ticket Disclaimer — displayed after the job is completed.
These can be set to different disclaimers to reflect different messaging at each stage, or the same disclaimer can be assigned to both positions.
Note If the same disclaimer should appear on both the Pre-Job and Post-Job sections, simply assign in the Post Job Ticket field: Use Pre-Job Ticket Disclaimer.
