From the Company Information tab you can enter all your information such as; company name, mailing address, phone & fax numbers etc.
From the General Tab you would set up additional default information such as; invoice terms, pricing scheme, jobsite type, sales region, etc.
From the Display tab you can set dispatch colors to reflect sales regions, equipment location or job status.
Print Defaults to specify whether you are printing on blank paper, on letterhead or custom forms.
From the Messages & Disclaimers tab you will set all your default messages and/or disclaimers for various forms.
From the Reports tab you can set your default work days and max hours
