From Jobs / Dispatch
Select Tools, on the toolbar.
Select Manage Text Job Ticket Template.
There are different symbols which will perform different functions;
The left side, or the Selected Fields is the information that will be sent via Text Message.
The right side, or the Available Fields is the information that you can add to your text message.
Select the Red X to cancel out text message information.
Select the Green + to add text message information.
Select the up arrow to move information up in an ascending order.
Select the down arrow to move information down in a descending order.
Click to save your changes and close
