How to enter and view Systems Left on Job

If you need to enter a list of systems left on the job from RapidERP, you need to open the job:

Dispatch > Jobs > Open the relevant job

Then select the Invoice Information tab and you will find a field for Systems left on the job in there:

Hit save once you are done entering any systems left on site.

In addition, you can view Systems left on job by running a report from the Jobs screen, using the Reports drop down selection button and then Systems Left on Job:
