If you are using ROTG (Rapid On The GO!) Mobile application, you can setup your Jobsites so that a copy of the Filled Job ticket (receipt) will automatically get emailed to the desired recipient. You can setup one email or multiple so that several personnel can receive the Filled Job ticket. See images below for detailed instructions.
1. First navigate to the jobsite you wish to add an emailed recipient.
2. Select "Jobsite Contacts".
3. Right click in the "Jobsite General" section and select "Add New Contact Entry".
4. Change the type to "Email".
5. Enter the email you would like, then select the "Post-Job ticket" check box and Save.
Anytime a job is completed by the Operator for this specific Jobsite, the email entered will automatically receive a copy of the Filled Job Ticket (receipt).
