Viewing Operator Phones/Trucks/Jobsite On A Map

Within Dispatch, you can view the location of your Trucks, Operators Phone, as well as your Jobsite locations on a singular map. 

Important: To see an Operators phone on the map, they must be using our Rapid On The GO! Mobile application and must be "Clocked In" before the tracking begins. 

For the Trucks to show, you must be running Geotab GPS on your units which integrates with all of our systems. 

The Jobsite will show up automatically, as long as you have a a good address entered for the Job. The map will ONLY display Jobs for the day you are currently looking at.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Jobs/Dispatch from the top.

2. Select the date you wish to view.

3. Select Tools from the toolbar.

4. Select Locations Map Overview

Important: Once the map has loaded, you will notice options on the left side which allow you to enable what you wish to see or not see.

Side Note: You may double click any of these Icons to view the Job Details, Operators Phone Route, or the Truck GPS Route.

5. To view the Jobsite Locations (indicated by the Job Status icon) ensure the "Hide Job Sites" box is NOT checked.

6.. To view your Units/Pump Trucks, ensure the "Hide GeoTab Units" box is NOT checked.

7. To view the Operators phone, ensure the "Hide Employee Phones" box is NOT checked.

Tip: To move around the map and view other Locations, you must hold down Right Click then drag the mouse. Most mapping systems use left click, but for these maps that is not the case.
