From Jobs / Dispatch
Double click on the desired job from the schedule.
Double click on the “Caller / phone # (click for list) link
Right click in the new window.
Choose “Add A New Contact Person”
Enter in the contact’s name.
Select Save.
Now Right click the contact’s name from the list.
Select “Add a new contact entry”
You can now add the contact’s phone number, mobile number, email address, etc.
Save.
