There are three types of payroll reports. – Time Card, Time Card by Task Type, Time Card by Task Type (Daily).
- Go to Human Resources - Payroll and select the last period (with status “Open”).
- Make sure “All Employees” row is selected in the Task Summary by Employee grid to generate a report for everyone or select one employee to generate only for him/her.
- Go to Reports and choose one of the reports.
- Time Card – the most detailed report. It shows every employee and all his finished jobs and more specifically when they are started and when they are finished.
- Time Card by Task Type – it generates a report which shows how much in total the employee has worked one type of job. This report is much more convenient if you do not want a detailed clock-in/clock-out times for every day.
- Time Card by Task Type (Daily) – generates the same report as Time Card by Task Type but divided for every day from the period.
