RSR stands as an intuitive application designed for submitting service requests. It empowers users to seamlessly track the status of their requests and maintain comprehensive records of ongoing and completed service interactions.

Specifics
Getting Started
- From the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple) download “Rapid Service Request”.
- Sign up by entering your contact information.
- An activation code will be sent to you via text message or an email.
- On the RSR, enter the activation code in the Partners section.
- Please note if you work with multiple partners you will need an activation code for each company.
- Once you have added your Partner you can view their equipment sizes, request equipment, or add new jobsites.
Adding a Jobsite
- Navigate to My Sites.
- All existing job sites entered by the user in the RSR will be listed here.
- Select the "+" button to add a new jobsite.
- Enter in the information for your jobsite.
- Once all information is added, click on the Save button at the top.
Request Service
- Navigate to Requests.
- Click on the "+" sign to add a new request.
- Fill out each field with the job's pertinent information.
Note
Choose My Sites for a jobsite you have entered.
Choose Partner Sites to see existing jobsites in your provider's database.
- Continue filling out the information. When completed, click Save at the top right.
- Once you have saved, click on Send to submit the request to your provider.
- Once the request has been submitted, you will see it under Requests - Waiting section. This means that the job is in the waiting list of the provider and they have to change the status to "Ordered", "Awaiting Confirmation" or "Confirmed".
- Once your provider has accepted the job, it will move to Requests - Upcoming and the status will be either "Ordered", "Awaiting Confirmation" or "Confirmed".
- If the provider designates the status as "Awaiting Confirmation," it indicates that you need to confirm the request. You can do this by clicking on the job in the Requests - Upcoming section and selecting Confirm. Alternatively, navigate to the Home screen, locate the job in the Pending Confirmation Requests, and click on Confirm.
- On the day of the service, the job will move to Requests - Active. You will get updates on the status of the job.
- Once the job is fully complete and invoiced, it will move to Requests - Finished.
