Viewing the Text Message Log in RapidWorks ERP
Overview
In RapidWorks ERP, all text message activity is recorded and can be viewed from the Message Log. This feature provides an easy way to review sent and received messages, confirm delivery, and track communication history across both employees and customers.
Accessing the Message Log
Navigate to:
Company > Message LogThe Message Log window will open, displaying all text messages sent and received for the current day by default.
Adjusting the Date Range
To view messages from a different time period, use the date range filter located at the top of the window.
Select your desired start and end dates, and the system will refresh the list to show messages within that range.
Viewing Employee vs. Customer Messages
By default, the Message Log displays Employee Messages.
To view messages sent to or received from customers, click the Customer tab located at the bottom of the window.
This allows you to easily switch between internal and external communications.
Best Practices
Regularly review the Message Log to confirm that important texts have been sent successfully.
Use the date filter to audit communication for specific days or events.
Toggle between Employee and Customer tabs to ensure full visibility into all text correspondence.
