How to Ban an Employee From a Customer or Jobsite

If you need to ban a customer from a specific customer or jobsite, here are the steps to follow:

- Go to Human Resources > Employee and double click on the operator you would like to ban:

2. Next, select the Ban Assignment tab in the bottom:

- Next, select the customer you would like to ban the operator from from the dropdown list (1). If you would like to ban the operator from all jobsites for this customer, do not select anything from the jobsite list and hit the green plus sign next to the customer name (2). The customer will be added to the ban assignments list for the operator (3):

- If you would only like to ban the operator from a specific jobsite only, select the customer name (1), then the jobsite (2) and then hit the green plus sign next to the jobsite (3). The jobsite will be added to the ban assignments list for the operator (4):

- To remove a ban, just hit the red cross (X) in front of the banned customer or jobsite in the Ban Assignments list:

- To view a list of all current assignments, go to Jobs>Dispatch>Tools and select Equipment/Employee Ban list:
