1. Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your fleet’s health and operations. Key metrics include based on chosen location (if more than one):

• Work Order Status (Out of Service Units; Open/ Checked In/ In Progress/ On Hold Work Orders)
• Expiring Items (Work Order Due, Permits, Federal Annuals, Registration Renewal, Drivers License, Medial Card)
• Equipment Status
• Service Due

Use the dashboard to monitor performance and quickly identify areas that need attention.

2. Work Orders

The Work Orders module allows you to create, assign, and track maintenance tasks. Features include:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling
• Status and completion view
• Detailed Equipment view with filters

3. Equipment

Track all your Fleet Units for maintenance in this module. You can:

• Monitor condition and availability
• Track service history
• Edit Equipment
• Set maintenance plans
• Download Reports
• Add Equipment photos

4. Inventory

The Inventory module helps you manage parts and supplies efficiently. Capabilities include:

• Stock level monitoring
• Value items/total monitoring
• Vendor management
• Printing QR Labels 

5. Assets

The Assets module is where you manage your all the equipment which is not part of your regular Fleet.

• Adding Assets
• Status and check out tracking
• Checked Out tracking
• QR Code sheet printing

6. Fuel Logs

Track fuel consumption and costs in the Fuel Logs module. You can:

• Log fuel purchases
• Monitor fuel efficiency
• Identify anomalies or excessive usage
• Generate fuel cost reports
• IFTA Reporting

7. People

The People module manages your team. It includes:

• View employee assigned Work Orders
