Overview
New pricing schemes can be generated by copying existing ones and creating them based on the content of pre-existing pricing sheets. Pricing sheets can be edited if needed.
Specifics
Copy Pricing Schemes
- Navigate to Sales - Pricing.
- Select the scheme you would like to copy by clicking on it once to highlight it.
- Right-click on it and select Copy Entire Scheme to New Scheme.
- A new box will appear. Name your new scheme and make any changes to that are needed.
- Mark the Update Sheets checkbox to carry all changes over to the pricing sheets in the scheme.
- Press Save to apply the changes and close the window.
Edit Pricing Sheets
- Find the pricing scheme to edit in the left grid and click on it to highlight it. The applicable pricing sheets are listed in the bottom right grid.
- Right-click on the sheet you need to edit and select Enable Grid Editing.
- Now you can type directly in the grid to make changes.
- Once done with the changes, right-click on the sheet and select Save Grid Changes. If you skip this step, your changes will be lost.
- Another way to edit a pricing sheet is to double click on it or right-click and select Edit Selected Sheet.
