During this session, we explored several powerful features to help streamline your operations:
- “Select All + Right-click: This function allows you to simplify job booking and notifications. Dispatchers can mark all jobs and operators as booked in a single action, as well as send instant job confirmation texts to customers. Customers can confirm jobs via text reply, with confirmations automatically timestamped in the system.
- DVIR Photo Uploads: Operators can upload photos directly to DVIRs from the ROTG mobile app. Multiple photos can be added per defect, and all images are stored in DVIR history for easy access by mechanics and maintenance teams.
- Gallery File Management Improvements: We reviewed enhancements that allow you to download multiple files at once from the gallery, upload files from both the office and the field, and apply role-based permissions to control visibility and access to sensitive documents.
- Enhanced GPS Tracking: GPS time logging has been expanded to capture nearly all job ticket events. Invoicing teams can now easily compare operator-entered times with GPS-recorded times, with discrepancies clearly highlighted to support accurate billing decisions. GPS data also integrates with geofencing-enabled jobs and supported providers.
- Bulk Job Rescheduling: The new Summary View enables users to reschedule multiple jobs at once—ideal for weather-related cancellations or bulk customer changes—while providing flexible views by day, week, or month for improved planning.
