Overview

The Charges dashboard lists all fees and surcharges associated with payment processing.

Charge Types

1. Incurred Amount

• Fees your business pays to the processor

2. Charged Amount

• Surcharges you’ve passed on to your customers

3. Net Amount

• Charged amount – incurred amount

Exports

You can download:

•  All charges (CSV)
• ACH charges only
• Credit card charges only
