Overview
The Link Performance dashboard shows how customers interact with the payment links sent with invoices.
Key Components
1. Engagement Metrics
Tracks:
- Total links sent
- Invoice views
- Customer views
- Total payments made through links
These metrics include:
- Email invoice links
- Customer Portal activity
2. Payment Link Activity Table
Shows all links sent, including:
- Invoice number
- Contact(s) emailed
- Link status (unpaid, partial, paid)
- Last viewed date/time
- Last payment date
- Resend or send to additional emails by clicking the 3 dots on the right
This is extremely useful when customers say they “never received the invoice.”
