Checking Email Status in the Message Log
The Message Log module allows you to monitor the status of your email correspondence within a time range you select. This is useful for confirming whether emails were successfully delivered or if any issues occurred.
Steps to View Email Status
- Navigate to Company > Email Log.
- Choose your desired Time Range.
- Review your Email Message History.
Understanding the Status Column
- In the Status column, you can see whether emails have been:
- Delivered – The email was successfully sent.
- Failed – The email could not be delivered.
If the Status column is not visible:
- Enable it using the Field Chooser option.
Checking Failure Reasons
- If an email shows Failed status:
- Hover your mouse over the status to view the reason for failure.
