Crew Central is your go-to dashboard for monitoring employee activity and job-related details in real time. It provides a comprehensive overview of your crew’s workday, helping you stay informed and manage operations efficiently.
Crew Central can be viewed in two ways: Employee View and Table View which you can change on the bottom of the page.
1. Employee View
The Employee View offers a streamlined and user-friendly way to review employee schedules. It displays workdays grouped by week, making it easier to track and manage time entries.
Key Features:
- Weekly Grouping: Workdays are organized by week for better visibility and structure.
- Expandable Sections: Use the + and – icons in the top-left corner of the window to expand or collapse weekly views as needed.
- Flexible Navigation: Navigation works similarly to other modules, ensuring a consistent experience across the platform.
- Customizable Columns: All columns in the view can be rearranged or pinned to suit your preferences.
This layout is designed to help users quickly access and manage employee data with minimal effort.
Minimised View:
Expanded view:
You can minimize Employees which you don't need to check on at the moment by clicking on the "-" next to the pin by Employee name. It is also possible to open a Job by double clicking on the Job ID in this screen.
In this View we have two field choosers where the first one interacts with the top row above Crew Member name only and the second one with all rows below the Crew Member.
GPS Times are also available to be enabled under the lower Field Chooser and can be moved across the grid and pinned as any other columns.
Understanding Flags in This Module
In this module, flags are used to highlight specific events or changes that may require your attention. When a flag appears, it typically indicates that something noteworthy has occurred like Overlapping Jobs and DOT violation in the case below
Understanding Status Colours in the Tracking Dashboard
Our tracking dashboard uses color-coded indicators to help you quickly identify timing and location discrepancies. Here's what each colour means:
- Orange – Early Arrival
- Pink – Late Arrival
Red – Geofence Discrepancy
You can access more options by right-clicking on on the Operators name or the grid itself:
2. Table View
The Table View offers a streamlined, spreadsheet-like interface that allows users to interact with data in a compact format. It’s ideal for users who prefer a grid-style layout similar to Excel, while retaining full functionality and export capabilities.
