Overview
When working on Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) or Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) jobs, it is important to clearly identify these projects. Proper identification ensures that project details are easily accessible and that accurate information can be gathered for reporting purposes.
How to mark a project as either OCIP or CCIP
From the Jobsite Information tab of a project, check off the box for "OCIP". Mark the same box if it is CCIP. This will insure that each job for this jobsite is reported on.
Running the corresponding OCIP/CCIP report
From Reports > Report Central you will want the following parameters.
Category: Employee
Report: OCIP
Type: Summary or Detailed
Range: Date range required for the report
Select "GO" to run the report
