Use Case:
There is a new employee at the company that needs access to Rapid ERP as a user. Please follow the below steps:
- First the user must be created as an employee of the system. Please follow the below link to create the new user as an employee
- Next, navigate to the Company Tab, then click on Users
- Right-click on the left grid and then click on "Add New User"
- A pop-up box will appear with information to fill out
- From the Employee Field dropdown, select the employee profile that matches the user being created
- Assign this user a Username.
- If this user needs a specific password, input it and confirm it in the Password fields. Otherwise skip this step and follow Step 7 instead
- Check the "Force new Password" box if this employee needs to create their own password
- Leave the "Suspended" Checkbox blank for now
- Check the "Allow login access to Rapid ERP Checkbox
- Check the "Allow login access to Rapid On The GO! Checkbox if this user needs access to the ROTG phone App

- Once these fields have been completed, click on Save.
