There are 3 ways you can get live support to remote into your computer.
If you don't have Rapid ERP installed on your computer yet, you can follow this link: https://get.teamviewer.com/rag-support
If you have the application installed but are unable to log in, you can click on the link provided in the login screen:
And lastly, from within the application, click on the large orange R button in the top right-hand corner, then select the second option from the bottom up, Get Remote Support/Assistance.
