In order to install Rapid Apps ERP on a desktop or laptop computer with full functionality, it needs to be running a fully updated Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system. While it may run on previous versions of Windows, we do not recommend these versions and would not troubleshoot technical issues on them.
Please note that Windows 7 had its end of service life from Microsoft on 14 January 2020, and Microsoft support for Windows 8 ended on January 12, 2016.
There is no version for Apple Mac OS, and there are at present no plans to release one either. If you would like to use Rapid ERP on a an apple computer you will have to do that through Parallels or alternative Windows 10 emulator. Please note that we would not be troubleshooting technical issues on Mac OS.
Saying that, you can access a limited version of Rapid ERP to view, edit or cancel jobs from any internet access enabled device by opening a browser and navigating to erp.rapidappsinc.com. To log in to this web version of the program you will need your username and password, and your client ID - which you can obtain from the Rapid Apps ERP application by going to Company > Account > Database Assignment, it will be in the DB Name column and have the following format: raxxxxxxxxx.
